Craftsmanship and Preparation Time: At Aurora, we pride ourselves on being a traditional luthiery, not just another music store. Each of our instruments is meticulously handcrafted, ensuring attention to every detail. Given the artisanal nature of our work, crafting an Aurora instrument can take anywhere from 45 to 90 days. We kindly request your understanding and patience, respecting this timeframe for the creation of your unique piece.
Shipping Duration: Once your instrument is ready for shipment, anticipate a delivery window of 5-15 working days. If you find that your order hasn't arrived after 15 working days, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@auroraviolins.com, and we'll gladly investigate the status of your shipment. If needed, any refunds will be facilitated through our email correspondence.
Shipping Zones and Fees: To understand if your country qualifies for free express shipping, refer to the document linked below. If your country isn't mentioned under the Express or Standard columns, it won't be eligible for complimentary express shipping. In such cases, shipping will be conducted through DHL with fees ranging from $65 to $85, based on the World Region Zone classification by DHL.
